Kamilari pension with four 1-bedroom apartments and two studios is a traditional building that is finished up to modern standards and maintains its original charm. It's an excellent investment property.



The complex

The pension was built in 1940 providing it authentic Greek characteristics. It is since then renovated three times (1997, 2016 and 2019) and each renovation brought the building closer to present-day comforts, without failing to highlight its traditional aspects. It allows the guest to fully feel part of the village during their stay.



The three apartments consist of an open-plan space for the kitchenette, dining area, and living room, along with a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth and more spacious apartment has a more roomy but similar arrangement to the rest of the apartments. The studios include a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. All apartments share a very well-cared-for yard, and the top floor apartments have a lovely terrace to enjoy Greek leisure!



With its several levels, the yard has a swimming pool surrounded by lemon and grape trees, giving the feeling of swimming in nature. Worth mentioning is the fantastic view of the Psiloritis mountain from the complex.
