Located on the edge of a delightful small village renowned for its friendly nature and traditional Spanish community based around the region’s agriculture which is largely reliant upon the growing of fruit (principally Oranges). This is a charming rural area within easy reach of the region’s major towns and attractions - 25 minutes from the monastery village of Simat de Valldigna; the glorious historic town of Xátiva with its many fountains, shops, restaurants and bars, and castle is only 10 minutes’ drive away as is the hospital and the British international school.
Alternatively, the magnificent Blue Flag beaches of La Safor are only 20/25 minutes by car. Valencia Airport is 45 minutes’ drive and Alicante is about 1 hr 15 minutes. A twice hourly train service into Valencia runs from a local train station in Xativa which is only 10 minutes’ drive away.

There is a thriving golf society based near the village and there are several stunning courses within easy driving distance. The nearest is La Galiana just a 20-minute drive away which has been recognized as the fourth best golf course in Spain!

The area is excellent for cycling and there are many cycling clubs in the area. Quad-biking is also very popular.

During the summer months there are many fiestas that take place in local villages and of course, outdoor dining in the evening is almost guaranteed!
