A beautiful semi-detached bungalow in Sfakaki, in the province of Rethymnon, with nice sea views from the roof terrace and at walking distance from the beach. 

The bungalow has two bedrooms which share a bathroom. The master bedroom has access to a veranda along the side of the house, while the second bedroom consists of two single beds. Both bedrooms come with large built-in closets. The open living space with a kitchen and dining area is spacious and bright and opens up to the covered terrace in front of the house. The wall behind the kitchen counter is tiled with mosaic tiles and the countertops are in great shape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and washing machine.

The bathroom walls are covered with elegant mosaic tiles. The shower is spacious with half-moon sliding glass doors and a window to avoid humidity.

There is a swimming pool in the front of the house, which is shared only with the next-door bungalow. On the pool level, there is space for an outdoor table and sunbeds. 

The private roof terrace has great, uninterrupted views of the sea. There are two built-in benches and lots of space.

The bungalow comes fully furnished and with all the crockery. All rooms have air conditioning and the electric devices used are of excellent quality.

In 2024, a new pergola was added at the entrance of the house.



This bungalow is excellent for a combination of own use and holiday rental. It offers a delightful rural location with magnificent views of both the sea and the White Mountains. Between an olive field and a vineyard, this location is ideal for a relaxing and peaceful way of life. A short walk will lead you into the heart of Sfakaki, where you will find mini-markets, taverns and easy access to the nice sandy beach. The village of Stavromenos is also nearby with its taverns, shops, petrol station and supermarket.  There is a regular bus service between Rethymno and Sfafaki. Both Chania and Heraklion airports are approximately 1 hour by car.
