In a small village on the outskirts of Chianni, this two bed property forms an elegant portion of an historical building, all on one floor with excellent quality finishes.

The house consists of an entrance through a private patio directly into the living area with large kitchen, fireplace area, then two steps and you pass into the living room which opens onto to the terrace. There is also a separate utility room with washing machine, two large and bright bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Excellent quality throughout, with beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and with terracotta and cherry parquet floors in the living room and in the bedrooms. The house has a light and airy, open feel and it has been recently renovated and is ready to be lived in straight away. The services are active and there is gas central heating. On the ground floor with a separate entrance from the street there is a cantina (store room) also renovated with terracotta floors and a wood stove. The cantina has been used as an office.

In the village of Rivalto there are two coffee bars and a restaurant. There is also a swimming pool with wonderful views, just a few steps away from the property, called Il Palazzo del Borgo. The pretty Tuscan village of Chianni is 1 km away and can also be reached on foot.
