Adjacent to the main house is the Guest villa comprising 2 identical apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and a kitchen and lounge area. Both kitchens and lounge areas open onto private balconies with ample space for dining and relaxing. The two apartments are completely private from each other and on different levels.

Pool and Gardens:

To the front of the property is a large deck and pool. The salt water pool is approximately 32 feet x 12 feet. Within the garden is a stunning tree house/deck. This is currently used as a gym and also as an area for relaxing and reading, while watching the sun set.

The property is surrounded by trees, and home to an impressive variety of birds in a mature, colourful tropical garden of fruits and flowers.
