LOWER LEVEL

The lower level, consists of a large room, with traditional latticed windows and shutters. It was used as the owners design studio but it also doubles up as the second bedroom.

There is a ensuite shower room and WC, making this the perfect private guest space.

Large double doors open onto the garden and a lower verandah, where you can relax on the Adirondack chairs and while away the afternoon.

UPPER LEVEL

The upper level is the ultimate in outdoor living, the open plan sitting and dining room has fantastic views which creates the perfect backdrop any time of day. It is decorated in a unique palette and finished off with an eclectic range of furnishings, vibrant fabrics and chandeliers.

The bijou well equipped kitchen lends a nautical feel, and like a boat is well equipped in a minimal and no nonsense fashion – one doesn’t spend hours baking when you have a sunny island life to enjoy!

MASTER BEDROOM and MASTER BATH

The master bedroom is on the Upper Level and is traditional Caribbean style, with screened wooden latticed windows and Bahamian Shutters on the exterior.

The ensuite bathroom is equally cute and provides a WC, Shower and basin.

GUEST COTTAGE

The cottage is reached via a decked pathway that winds through the garden and has in the middle an outdoor patio area.

The traditional cottage is completely self contained and private with a bedroom and ensuite shower room with WC and basin.

GROUNDS

The extensive garden has been lovingly planted over several years and is now an established tropical wonderland. It is well stocked with gorgeous succulents, ferns, lilies and rock plants, alongside traditional Caribbean fruit trees and a host of exotic palms.


HOT TUB

For those tired limbs at the end of a day “liming”, take some time out to enjoy a rum punch sundowner in the outdoor Hot Tub.

GARAGE

There is an integral garage under the house, this could also be converted to further living space or kept for storage.

The nearest hostelries are the wonderful Golden Rock Hotel, The Hermitage (the oldest wooden structure in the Caribbean) and The Montpelier – all three plantation Inns are in private ownership and are friendly and unique.

There is wonderful hiking in the area and lots to explore, everywhere is close on Nevis so beaches can be reached in 10 minutes, as can the quirky capital Charlestown.
