Ancient Masseria, surrounded by greenery at the foot of the Murgiana Ostunese escarpment, composed of 12 trulli, an ancient 17th-century tower and with a beautiful rural church.


The old farms in Puglia present the model of the house with agricultural courtyard with the fence, consisting of high walls and a central space (courtyard or courtyard), overlooked by the entrances of the various buildings.


The oldest part of the farm, the tower is spread over two floors, the ground floor, of 55 square meters, has barrel vaults, while the first floor, also of 55 square meters, is characterized by a leccese star vault. An internal staircase allows access to the first floor and the roof terrace overlooking the olive grove marina. Around the tower there are 12 cone trulli and a barrel lamia dating back to the early nineteenth century, for a covered area of 230 square meters.


Also in the 1800s there is also the rural church, of 25 square meters, with the characteristic "cummerse" roof in limestone chiancarelle. The total covered area of the buildings is equal to 365 square meters.





The Masseria is equipped with an ancient rainwater collection well, a paved area of about 80 square meters, an oven, a small garden and an artesian well, completely surrounded by agricultural land. The land complexly has 950 olive trees, all centuries old and also 7 carob trees.


The company is equipped with an artesian well with its ENEL supply for a total of 40 KW. From the artesian well there is an irrigated underground pipeline of about 300 meters with different distribution points for the attachment of secondary irrigation pipes.
