Part of an old stone terrace built high on a hillside with long-distance views over the trees to the sea, Tritsi House is well worth viewing.
Most of the houses in the hamlet have been tastefully renovated and are a mix of holiday homes and locally owned properties.
More of a cottage than a house, the front door leads into the kitchen and beyond that to a good-sized living room with a balcony overlooking the fabulous view.
There is a mezzanine bedroom over the living space and stairs down to a bathroom and master bedroom which in turn leads out into a garden.
There is parking outside the house and a large area which at the moment is rather overgrown but could be paved, or made into garden, perhaps to include an outdoor kitchen.
On the lower side of the house there is an even larger garden space, again in need of some improvement.
The house has been much improved by its present owners, to include a new roof and attention to the side wall as the last house in the row, which neighbours this one, is at present a ruin.
Tritsi doesn't have a shop or café, but it is only a short drive down the hill to the nearest taverna and small supermarket.
