Villa Kalami is located in the most exclusive part of Samos, in Kalami. The location of the villa is very private, quiet and is only a 5-minute drive from Samos town. It was built in 2011, to the highest quality standards and it has the latest technology installed.



The villa

This spacious seafront villa has a living area of no less than 650 sqm, divided into a lower floor, a ground floor and a first floor. The villa is situated on a plot of 16,000 sqm, which is directly adjacent to the sea.



The ground floor of 250 sqm offers many open spaces which offer truly beautiful, unique views of Samos, Kedron, Kokkari and the Aegean Sea, thanks to the large panoramic windows that are placed around the house. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with a cooking island, plenty of cupboard space and high-quality electrical appliances. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 people. The French doors give direct access to the spacious covered outdoor terrace where the view of the green-blue sea is breathtaking. There is an infinity pool that can also be heated, fully equipped with a technical room in the basement. It also boasts breathtaking views of the sea and the city of Samos. In the evening, the sound of the sea is very relaxing, and the small lights of the city are very nice to watch.



On the first floor, there are four modern and double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with access to a private terrace of 25 sqm. The lower floor of 250 sqm is currently used as a doctor's office but can easily be converted into a spacious apartment. In total, the villa has 6 toilets.



The materials used for the construction of Villa Kalami are of the highest quality. An automatic steel fence has been installed which is operated by remote control and gives access to the property. The villa has an alarm system with a reporting system to the local police. Also, in case of an electrical failure, an emergency generator is immediately switched on.



The outdoor area of the villa is also very well cared for; there are many new stone terraces with grapes, olives, cactus gardens, flowers and local plants. The house has a fully automatic irrigation system and a water reservoir of 20,000 litres.



At the bottom of the hill, there is an almost private beach with its own access road from the villa. The house is sold fully furnished, with high-quality equipment. The price also includes a car of the brand Toyota (Jeep RAV 4) and a boat of 5 meters with two engines of 30 hp and 10 hp respectively. On the beach, there is a ramp to pull the boat out of the water. The plot offers the possibility to further expand the house or to realize additional guesthouses.
