In our opinion you could easily open up the ground floor bedroom and kitchen to make one big kitchen/diner. Remove the existing simple roof and put in another upstairs bedroom plus a roof terrace, and either make the garden all one level or keep it as it currently is on two levels. The bathroom could do with being updated but is perfectly functional.
The upstairs bedroom is a big room so could either be made in to two smaller bedrooms or keep the room big and install an en-suite and dressing room.
Granada city is only 30 minutes away.
