The whole house has a wonderful panoramic view of surrounding nature.

On the grounds there are also seven wooden bungalows, all with water and electricity and surrounded by nature. All bungalows have a wooden decking area.

There is also an additional building which has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and pantry. There are also male and female changing rooms consisting of six individual showers and four guest bathrooms. All showers and bathrooms are connected to solar hot water panels with full installation, two large hot water tanks with capacity of 600L. This would be an ideal building to use as a communal area for staying guests.

All masonry buildings and bungalows have water and electricity. It also has two storage and tool warehouses.

There is good access to the property which is via a remote control electric gate.

It is located a few minutes from several villages, making it very accessible, about 9km from the A22 motorway to Algarve and Lisbon, about 60km from some of the best beaches in the Algarve and the Costa Vicentina.
