Located in the heart of a medieval village near Gourdon, the foundations of this castle date back to 965. It has of course evolved over the centuries... and the latest renovations have transformed this castle into a beautiful bed and breakfast or gite oriented towards events thanks to its two beautiful reception rooms.

The castle is currently organized in 3 parts:

- a private part, with 3 bedrooms and a very beautiful living room with large fireplace ;
- a first gite (West gite) with large dining room and open kitchen, living room and two beautiful bedrooms that can easily accommodate 6 people.
- A second gite (South gite) with large living room (living room with fireplace and open kitchen) 3 huge bedrooms that can accommodate 12 people. It is easy to create other rooms as they are so huge.

Event side : you have two huge and magnificent rooms of 110 m2 with fireplace, access to terrace or garden.

In one of the old vaulted cellars, a huge SPA area, sauna, jacuzzi, relaxation area and Roman bath ; and in order to allow your guests to refresh themselves during the long summer evenings, there is small outdoor swimming pool, above ground,
Last but not least : You will discover that Louis XIII stayed in these walls in 1632... Some historical vestiges still remain : a door topped by a semicircular arch, a corbelled turret with 17th century painted ceilings, and a beautiful Renaissance window. Many elements full of history make the charm and authenticity of this beautiful castle.

The property is ideal if you wish to work on gites and bed and breakfast ; you can extend number of guests, and increase business as there still is a lot of potential. But first, you can already put down your suitcases and receive your guests.

The town of Gourdon, 15 minutes away, welcomes schools, colleges, high schools, hospital and train station (Paris Toulouse line), close to the A20 exit.
Saint Germain du Bel Air is 5 km away for schools and local services.
