The farm is made up of two plots, of approximately 3,500 m2 each [in a total

of almost 7000m2] located in the town of Palmero-Cartagena.

It is divided into two zones, North and South.

The North plot is divided into two parts, one for the orchard and fruit trees of about 2500

m2 and another to housing and leisure of about 1000 m2.

The orchard / wooded area, consists of a house for pumps, as well as an area for

an orchard and another for trees, in which we can find various fruit trees such as

Fig trees, apple trees, pear trees, plums, banana trees, lemon trees, orange trees, almond trees, as well as more than 50 olive trees.

The housing and leisure area consists of a 130 m2 house consisting of four rooms

with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning, kitchen with central island and fitted wardrobes,

A full bathroom, with cabinets included as well as a full shower and a washing machine area.

The living room has a large, well-lit television area ideal for family gatherings
