At 310 meters above sea level and in the picturesque village of Lafkos lies this spacious, attractively designed house which was built in 1998 in the characteristic traditional Pelion style. Both the house and the garden have a natural stone base, warm colours and the garden has lots of greenery.



The house has a surface of 100 sq.m. and is situated on a plot of 135 sq.m. The plot enjoys complete privacy through a stone fence of 2 meters high with a wooden entrance gate.



The house is spread out over several levels connected by wooden stairs, which exudes an enormous elegance and cosiness. This combined with beautiful dark wooden frames, doors, beams and furniture makes it a very warm whole.



On the lower level you will find the stylish and spacious master bedroom which has a ceiling with beautiful wooden beams against a burgundy wall. Through an interior staircase there is access to the living room which also contains a lovely fireplace. On the ground floor there are the kitchen and a neat bathroom, and a staircase will lead you to the second bedroom which overlooks the living / dining room.



The floors are handmade cotto (Italian brick tiles) and wood. The wooden banisters of the balconies are handmade as well. The bathroom is decorated with Valentino ceramics. The windows are double glazed and have shutters. The house is provided with heating panels, an alarm system, air conditioning, telephone and internet connection. Part of the house is built of old stone and you will also find pieces of antique marble steps and a sink dating from the last century. The house is offered fully furnished.



From the balconies the house has a panoramic view of the Pagasitikos Gulf and all the islands around. At the end of the day you can enjoy a beautiful sunset that makes every evening special.



This pleasant house is also excellent to rent out when you are not staying there yourself. The Pelion peninsula is a perfect destination for both summer and winter, as this location combines the mountains with the sea. Lafkos is located in the south of Pelion and is a good base from which to explore the 24 surrounding villages of Pelion. The nearest beach is picturesque Milina and Volos is 54 km away.
