Built in 2003 using quality and ecological materials, it has been very well maintained. Traditional terracotta floors, cane ceilings, curved staircases and decorative chimneys give it an authentic Algarvian style.
Set on two floors, it is composed on the first floor of a hall, leading to a kitchen area, compact yet very practical and luminous from where you can enjoy sea views while cooking; on the side is a guest bathroom and a good size lounge with very nice fireplace with seating area around it.
This part opens to a south facing terrace, perfect to dine outside.
Going down some steps is the ground floor where the bedrooms are located, there are 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom. 2 bedrooms face south, the other to the north side.
The house feels very homely, it has wooden windows and internal wooden shutters, lots of seating areas to enjoy different periods of the day. It is on top of a luxurious garden full of plants, shrubs, and fruit trees such as mango. The water comes from a private borehole and there are solar panels on the roof top for hot water. Access is via the main road with last 900m being a country lane.
