The glory of this house is the garden and outside spaces. There are views to both the Sierra Nevada as well as the Sierra de Parapanda depending on whether you are lounging by the pool or in your very own veggie garden.
One part of the plot is perfect for keeping chickens and to have a large allotment, the other half of the plot is dedicated to the gorgeous pool with its grass surrounds, shade from the mature trees as well as a large tiled patio for entertaining. Around the pool area are lamps for night-time dining, or swimming, and the pool can be lit from within. The house is in two distinct sections. The lower half has the large garage, bodega, two rooms currently used as bedrooms, a home gym, storage and a bathroom. The upper half has the main bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, open plan dining room/sitting room with fireplace. This upper half is circular in design, once you enter the house whichever way you walk you end up in the main hall, it’s very charming.
There is plenty of parking space, not just in the garage but also on hard standing. The plot is fully fenced and there is a single metal gate with entry to the pool area and a double metal gate off the street to allow car access.
The house shows its age in the styling but some new floor tiling would bring it bang up to date. The windows are of excellent quality with French style folding shutters as well as beautifully designed security window bars (rejas), and there are plenty of them so the interior of the house is light and bright.
A half wrap-around porch at the front of the house is a lovely, shaded cool space to sit in the summer, and, for some winter sun, an uncovered section by the large patio doors in the sitting room.
There is mains electricity, water and sewerage.
The plot is approximately 1875m2 with the house at around 1500m2 built over the two floors.
