CASOLARE AUSILIA is a typical Marche farmhouse, located on the hill that slopes west towards the Sibillini mountains, inside its tree-lined courtyard and upstream of the Bragagnone river, giving the place the most typical of the Marche hilly landscape.
The cottage is the result of the enlargement of an older rural building built at the time in stone and brick then expanded, renovated in the structures in the 60s, with the insertion of horizontal structures in brick and cement and window frames suitable for double-glazing. The renovation incorporated both the old sandstone and brick structure and the recent concrete and block portion under a plaster finish that uniformed it all. However, the structure has not been damaged due to recent seismic events, and was inhabited until 1996.
