The complex consists of a spacious main house of 280 m2 with a large and stylish living room and dining room (total 65m2), modern kitchen with all necessary equipment, library, separate ‘guest’ toilet, spacious master bedroom of 21 m2 with a luxurious bathroom en-suite of 18 m2 on the ground floor. The whole can serve, without major modifications, as a family home with guest accommodations, but also offers the possibility to rent out a part as a holiday residence, where in addition to an owner's apartment a maximum of 4 apartments and 2 B & B rooms can be rented, or all possibilities in between.
