This huge property used to be house a clothing manufacturer who specialised in the design and creation of flamenco outfits for men and women. The old shop is still there along with the dressing rooms and shuttered shop front. The shop area has three rooms and direct access to the street.

Up yet another floor and there is a very large room that used to be used for pattern cutting and storage of part finished clothing. There are seven windows in this room at the Tajos side and two to the street side. There is the possibility to make a big roof terrace which would have gorgeous views over the countryside.

This property needs someone who can make sense of it and turn it into a proper home. It could be converted into three flats or be used as a large family home or B&B.
