This wonderful property is ready to move into and perfectly safe for people with same children and pets as the plot is fully fenced. The house is split over the two floors with the social areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper, although there is a bedroom on the ground floor also.

Castelo do Bode lake is popular for all kinds of water sport activities including swimming, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, wind surfing and water skiing, and also supplies the drinking water to Lisbon and other towns.
We are a four minute drive from the center of the village of Serra. It´s 13 km, or a 15 minute drive from the center of Tomar. There is a public bus stop right in front of the property, the bus going to Tomar.
Tomar is a bustling market town, which has a good variety of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, shops, pharmacies, health centers, sports centers, library, university, hospital, bus and train station, historic monuments and parks.
The nearest beach on the Atlantic ocean is an hour´s drive away.
The nearest airport is in Lisbon and it only takes one hour to drive there.
