The house enjoys the peace and quiet of the countryside with main village of Gisi a short drive away. The holiday resort of Vasto is just a 30 minute drive away with bars, shops and sandy beaches.
The property is next to a quite road, but it is a bus route. There is enough space surrounding the property to erect a fence or create a border using trees to hide the road. This would also make the property more private. There are no neighbours!
