A gate from a quiet lane leads into a terraced slate tiled courtyard from where we enter the spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge two patio doors open to juliet balconies overlooking the patio & garden, there is also a large wood burner for those chillier winter evenings. The outside area consists of a terrace with a workshop/store room and a secure storage area for gas bottles, a patio with a built in bbq and sink and ample space for dining. This patio is conveniently situated just outside the kitchen door. Steps from here lead down to a little terrace with a feature fountain and steps down to the garden. further large patio and the garden overlook the small stream that meanders by below. The garden has an apple tree and kiwi & grape vines. Off the patio is a large fitted kitchen with two further good sized rooms off it, perfect for storing garden furniture and tools.

This would make the perfect low maintenance holiday or retiral home.
