There are also two great restaurants to enjoy local food and great Montepulciano d'Abruzo wine. At around 200 m from the property, in the shadow of senturies old oaks, there is the "boschetto", a natural park with barbeque and sport facilities. At a few km the ski slopes of Passo San Leonardo, the enchanted village of roccacaramanico, unhabited for decades and now knowingly recovered and Caramanico Terme, the thermal village the most important of the centre of Italy.
In the hamlet there isn't the need to purchase water, it flows fresh, directly from the mountain to the houses. Other than the two great restaurants, there is a pharmacy, post office, bar and local product's shops,as well as different activities for the moments of pure and healthy enjoyment such as the botanic garden and the horse's station for exciting excursions in the Park.
