living room, which is a spacious 50sqm, is the highlight of the interior. 
The windows and doors are triple-glazed German engineered Schuco, with
deadlocks on the main doors.

 

The restoration complies
with all current requirements and has full steel reinforced ring beams and sub
foundations. (All certificates will be supplied). 

 

 

The Stovax wood burner
provides 25k of heat in the vaulted living room, whilst the Aga kitchen range
provides 500lt of hot water, serves 23 radiators and functions as an oven with
2 hobs.

 

The land has fruit
trees, plum, cherry, walnut and fig along the boundary. 

 

The property has expansive
views towards the Adriatic Sea and the rolling hills of Penne and Loreto
Aprutino and has the immediate backdrop of the mountains. 

 

The pretty hillside town
of Arsita is 15 minutes by car (8km) where there is a supermarket, bank, ATM,
pharmacy, post office, hairdressers, primary school and doctor’s surgery.
