Lathus is home to the Centre de Plein Air situated on the Gartempe river, which has many attractions for children including canoeing and horse riding, so plenty to keep the kids amused here!
Getting to the area is easy with flights from many UK airports into Limoges and Poitiers (1 hour) and trains at Montmorillon - 18km / Le Dorat - 14km both having links to Poitiers train station where you have TGV connections to Paris, Bordeaux, London & Brussels.
The current owner has had many great summers in the house, whilst updating it and making it comfortable; but has now decided to move onto another little French project.
