The Area (Sotira - Ayia Thekla - Ayia Napa)

Sotira offers some of the finest traditional taverns to be found on the island. At the same time nature lovers can enjoy long walks to the nearby forest of Ayios Antonios with its Byzantine chapel and breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding areas. The village of Sotira is one of the agricultural ‘red soil villages’ (Kokkinochoria), which is famous for its quality production of watermelons, figs and pomegranates, along with ‘kolokasi’ (taro root - colocasiaesculanta). It is located within close proximity of all amenities and only a few minutes’ drive from AyiaThekla Beach, the state of the art Marina which is currently under construction and Ayia Napa with its spectacular white sandy beaches and its vibrant nightlife, this elegant project is ideal for both permanent residence and for holiday purposes.

Ayia Thekla is an area of exceptional natural beauty between the Marina and Potamos, a natural river like harbour lined on both sides with traditional fishing boats.
