The Quinta was attractively refurbished and captivates with its bright red colour in contrast to the green shades of the surrounding garden.

Passing the automatic gate, a winding driveway leads up to the carport near the main entrance. It was placed great emphasis on renovating the main and guesthouse according to the original style, but also to integrate the amenities of modern living, such as air conditioning and central heating. The three bedroom suites on the ground floor are spacious and attractive with high cane ceilings, which are also used on the large mezzanine on the first floor. In addition, there is a separate office that could be used as bedroom, if desired. The modern country style kitchen has access to a breakfast terrace in between the main house and the guest cottage.

The cottage is completely self-contained and could be independent of the main house, as it also has its own entrance gate from the road. It has a very large living and dining room with fireplace and its own bathroom. The bedroom has a dressing area and a second bathroom is next to the fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, in front of the main entrance, stone benches are built around the original cistern and create a lovely seating area framed by flowering bushes. Next to the swimming pool, there is a covered BBQ terrace with dining area from where to enjoy the beautiful views over the countryside.

The property is situated on the edge of São Brás in walking distance to the center of the typical country town. Faro airport and stunning beaches are less than 30 minutes drive away.
