The apartment is a larger-than-standard layout with great sized terrace but the views here are extremely good looking at a large communal pool to the right and front line to the Golf Course directly on and to the left. You can appreciate this on the over-sized terrace!
On entry to the apartment you pass various trees and water fountain - the block itself has underground parking with lift access directly to the apartment's floor. On entry to the property you enter a small 'hallway area' with the kitchen to the right (with seperate utilitiy room).
From here you walk directly into the well-sized lounge. As this is a corner property you have lots of light coming through with doors to the right of the lounge (juliet balcony) and the doors directly in front lead to a great sized terrace with those fantastic views!
