The village is set among large plantations of citrus and avocado trees and has lots to offer. Besides the variety of restaurants, shops and bars there is also a Golf Course ‘Lauro Golf’ well known for its breathtaking panoramic views. The biggest attraction for visitors to Alhaurín de la Torre is undoubtedly the gardens of El Retiro, which display an impressive variety of plant and wild life. Located close to the city and beach, the village has something to offer for everyone.
