This includes the lighting and cleaning of common areas, Building Insurance (All Perils) and Security, Pest Control and Rubbish Removal.
Marina Village Apartment Owners & their guests are able to use the two swimming pools within the hotel and the gym, without charge, providing their maintenance fees are up to date.
