White Sands Hotel & Spa broke ground in December of 2015, with the opening planned for late 2018. The hotel is the first of six developments on the pristine Santa Monica beach, located on the west coast of the island, Boa Vista.

An expansive duplex suite with a spacious living area, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and separate shower are all found on the lower level. A staircase leads to the master bedroom on the second level. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and large plasma TV. The suites also come with a private terrace and hot tub to enjoy the spectacular sea views.

In total, 835 luxurious properties can be found, including duplex and penthouse suits along with a variety of beautiful private villas, serviced by the highest quality range of facilities.
