This lovely period village house is located within the old quarter of this picturesque white town of Andalucia, very close to the town hall, round church and just some meters from the castle and Iglesia de la Villa.

Walking along a typical andalusian narrow street from the square by the round church we find this beautiful house which date back from 1930. The front door is the original that was placed in its construction and it has a stone lintel dating from the late 19th century.

Enter the house to a spacious hallway-reception.On each side of the hallway there is a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom. Step up there is a sitting-room plus another empty room ideal to place an additional bathroom or storage room..
From the sitting room steps up there is a bathroom and then a traditional fitted kitchen. From both the kitchen and the sitting room, a door leads to the internal courtyard, good for dining “al-fresco” and solarium area.

Stairs up there is a second kitchen dingin area, fitted in a traditional andalucian style. Off this there is a very large living-room with open chimney, nice room for reading, having the coffee in front ot the fire place,.. very cozy…

Then stairs up you get in to the roof terrace, nice solarium, with direct views to the “Iglesia de la Villa” the main monument in the town dating from 16th century in the end of the Moorish reign.

So at it is this village house might be the perfect home with a good income and doing some improvements the potentital will be higher.

Montefrio is one of the town mentioned by the magazine National Geographic as one ot the top 10 towns with the best views in the world, and because this, now the town is plenty of tourists and in need of more B&B, so this house could fill a need in the town if the new owner focus it as a business.

From this town Granada city centre and Granadainternational airport are about 40 mins away, Malaga airport 1.15 hour, Sierra Nevada ski slopes 1.20 hour, Seville or Cordoba at 2 hours approx.
