The house is near the villages of Peponides and Ekso Lakonia only 5 kilometers from the tourist town and province capital Agios Nikolaos and numerous beaches. It is built on private land of 3000 square meters next to a good asphalt village road.
The land consists mostly of wild vegetation and natural ground but there is also a vegetable garden of about 50 square meters on the land.

The house consists of 3 levels, the ground floor, the first floor and the basement each of 54 meters square.
The living areas are on the two top floors whilst the basement is unfinished and is currently used as storage.

The entrance to the house is through the top floor.
This floor consists of an open plan living room/kitchen, a guest toilet and a large balcony with great views of the valley and the surrounding mountains and villages. There is a modern energy fireplace in the living room which is connected to a system heating the radiators in all of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is of very good quality there is a dining area next to it. A tiled internal staircase leads down to the ground floor. Here there are two double bedrooms both equipped with large wardrobes and balcony access and a large shower room.

The house which was built in 2013 is in excellent condition and is ready to move into immediately. 5 minutes by car to the town and beaches.

Agios Nikolaos is the capital of the county Lasithi and is located at the Mirabello Bay, north-east Crete, only 40mins away from the international airport of Heraklion.

Geographically the town is well protected from strong winds allowing sea sports and swimming nearly all year round.
Although Agios Nikolaos has a population of less than 20,000 it has a several banks, supermarkets, shops of every kind, doctors, a modern hospital of high standard, public swimming pool and tennis courts, yacht marina, harbour, cinema, theatre, gyms, a 9-hole golf course, schools ranging from nurseries to 6-level high school and generally all the amenities you would expect to find in a large modern European town.

The microclimate is one of the best in Greece and the moderate temperatures
rarely exceed 30c in summer or fall below 15c in wintertime. This wonderful dry climate together with the natural beauty of the area has attracted most of the high class hotels of Greece to operate here.
