The oldest house in the architectural and historical reserve of BozhentsiThe village of Bozhentsi was founded after the Ottoman invasion in T?rnovo at the end of the 14th century. The village was declared an architectural and historical reserve in 1964. The architecture of the Renaissance was preserved in it. Many of the houses are on two floors (levels). The first one is usually used for a workshop, and the second is residential one. Typical of the Bozhentsi houses are the wooden balconies, the roofs of stone slabs, and the angular fireplaces. The pavement of the streets of Bozhentsi is everywhere only a cobblestone.

The house is renovated, furnished and ready to live. It is set on 2 floors and 134 sqm. living area. The first floor is a large open space, including a living room, a dining room and a kitchen, a corridor, a bathroom and a garage. An internal staircase leads to the second floor where there are wooden balcony and 3 bedrooms.

The house has a garden of 1006 sqm. The property has an excellent location and is a suitable place for family vacations, holidays and mountain tourism throughout the seasons of the year. Also for investment because of the large number of tourists who visit the area.

Today thousands of tourists visit this picturesque region, which has become an important tourist destination. In the village there are houses-museums, various expositions. Every year Bozhentsi becomes a scene of various rebuilds of traditional customs and rituals of our history. Several schools have been preserved - the School of Music, the Old School and the New School. In the immediate vicinity of the village there is a reserved Roman road which continues in an eco-path towards Gabrovo and from the eastern end of the village starts a forest trail to Tryavna.
