The property is located in a small village where there is a cafe and a post office. In Alvorge which is five minutes away is a pharmacy, cafe, mini market, butchers, hardware store and cafes.

The main town of Ansiao is 15 minutes away and here you will find supermarkets, mini markets, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, doctors offices, dentists and all other conveniences and facilities you would expect from a good sized town. There is also a weekly market where you can find almost anything for the home and garden. There is also a lovely park area which is wonderful for the children.
