There are lovely rock outcroppings on the land and mature trees and shrubs and there are areas that have been separated with similar stone walls. To the rear is a very attractive pond area that has fish and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the surrounding countryside. The present owners do swim in this pond, however there is ample room to the rear to install a good sized swimming pool.

There is a further gated entrance to the side and a driveway leads up to the main entrance.

This property is located in the Enchanted Valley just outside of Porto de Mos on the Silver Coast. The scenery from the house is breathtaking and spectacular and the views stretch for miles.

It is close to the Caves of Alvados Natural Park where not only can you revel in the beauty of the mountains and valleys but also explore and interesting and diverse cave complex.

In the village is a cafe and small mini market where you can get basic supplies. You are only 10 minutes from the main town of Porto de Mos where you will find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and all amenities you would expect from a good sized town.

The beaches at Nazare are half an hour away, where you will find wide open sandy beaches and a busy town with all amenities.

Within half an hour are the towns of Alcobaca, Fatima and Ourem. The City of Lisbon and the International Airport is just over an hour away.
