Styled as a single storey Caribbean house with the appearance of being clad in timber but is constructed in concrete, including the interior walls. The cladding is a wear resistant and termite proof thermoplastic material which should never need painting. A similar low maintenance product has been applied to the interior walls. The house is roofed with clay pan-tiles.

The house needs some updating and modernisation but at minimal cost could be altered and improved to make it more spacious and improve its value. It stands on just over quarter of an acre with ample room for a garage, pool or other structures in the garden.

The accommodation comprises a living room and dining room which, if the porch was incorporated into the accommodation and reconfigured, could make a spacious living room.

The kitchen needs updating including providing new units. Both bathrooms are adequate and would not require replacement. Two of the three bedrooms are double and the third is a single. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

St. John's is ten minutes drive in one direction and Jabberwocky Beach ten minutes drive in the opposite direction, the airport about 20 minutes drive.
