A well presented two bedroom, two bathroom cottage located in the quiet and popular residential area of Turtle Bay about ten minutes drive from the main yachting centre of English Harbour with its shops, bars and restaurants and exotic visiting yachts. Some of Antigua's best beaches are also nearby.
The house comprises a large living room/kitchen with an island for both casual dining and food preparation. Formal dining is on the front veranda. The kitchen area is well fitted with modern units and appliances. Outside is a laundry room.
Each of the two double bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with the second bathroom also having access from the living area.
The main front veranda faces the prevailing breeze and overlooks the garden. The rear veranda gives access to the main entrance.
There is a detached office in the garden which could be used as an occasional third bedroom. Back-up generator, mains water, cistern water, mains electricity, telephone and cable T.V.. Electric gates and large garden shed.
