Introduction
Structurally the property was strongly built with large concrete sections in the 1980's, it has an amazing slate roof structure, it has a separate garage, irrigation system, the land is flat, it has lots of water from a river and also a small channel that set's the boundary, the garden is south facing and has all types of mature fruit trees, there's a stand alone garage which is being used as a workshop.

The train line is approximately 500 m away (although the frequency of trains is much lower then Northern European countries)
There are a few áreas in the ceiling upstairs which show there was infiltration of water in the past (these has now been fixed)
Bathroom suits are dated.

The property is located close to the village of Santiago do Litem which is just 15 min away from the small historical city of Pombal.
