The lounge area has a sofas coffee table and 58? Flat Screen TV (UK & Spanish channels). The dining area has a dining table with 4 chairs and dresser. Patio doors from the Lounge to the terrace. Terrace furniture includes a round table and 4 chairs – ideal place for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

The master double bedroom is en-suite with bath, shower, bidet, w/c and washbasin and has access to a terrace via patio doors. The second bedroom is also a double, next to the second bathroom which has shower, w/c and washbasin. The kitchen is fully fitted with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, ironining board etc.

The terrace areas have a sea and mountain views. Terrace furniture includes table and 4 chairs. There are 5 swimming pools within 3 minutes walk of the apartment with one 40 yards away which can be seen down on from terrace area in apartment. The pools are shared and are not heated. The resort is built around the Playa Macenas Golf course.

Playa Macenas beach resort is five minutes drive along the coast from Mojacar in the province of Almeria. This is a great location for a family holiday or a golfing break.
