The property is located approximately 10 minutes from the main town of Alcobaca by care. Here you will find a good sized town that has supermarkets, doctors offices, cafes, restaurants, a thriving town centre with banks, mini markets, entertainment venues. There is a weekly makret where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables.
20 minutes away are the beautiful beaches at Sao Martinho do Porto or Nazare. Both towns have a healthy central shopping area that has a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants.
The large town of Caldas da Rainha is less than 25 minutes away where you will find a plethora of shops, cafes, malls, a lovely central shopping area some of which is pedestrianized.
