We are just outside the hamlet of Les Mesnillard, about 4km from the town of Saint Hilaire du Harcouet, which is a very nice town with a large lake and park, a beautiful church in the town square and plenty of shops and restaurants. It also has a large market every Wednesday morning.

The larger town of Fougere is about 40 mins drive and is a very historic town with forest walks and also a market on Saturday morning. The beautiful Mont St. Michel is about the same distance and also the beaches.
