The main house comprises a ground floor cantina room with fireplace and sink, above is a split-level living room, fitted kitchen and upstairs a bedroom with balcony and bathroom the guest house has bedroom, bathroom and taverna.
Both houses are being sold furnished.

The neighbouring town (walking distance) has a train station, shops and restaurant. The area offers lovely hill walks and is a 15 mins drive to beautiful lake.

The rolling landscape is liberally sprinkled with castles of Medici or Malaspina vintage but for lovers of the coast the sea is only half-an-hours’ drive away.

The area is criss-crossed with marked footpaths for walks to the hills and mountains. The airports of Pisa, Parma and Genova are all within an hours’ drive.
