The living area sits with a front position and the apartment is of open plan design. It offers a comfortable space with air-conditioned lounge and there is a newly fitted kitchen adjacent.

The new kitchen is compact but well planned, being of U shape design. It has a matching range of wall and base units in white gloss design and comes with speckled marble work surfaces with round inset sink. There are to be ceramic tiled splash backs (work in progress and therefore pictures are not up-to-date)

The lounge has a single door leading onto a small balcony which has an East facing aspect and overlooks the pool area below. It is perfectly positioned to enjoy a morning coffee and to watch the sun rising from behind Babadag mountain for a serene setting.

The bathroom has been retiled to the walls and floors in modern and neutral ceramic tiling. There is a new low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and walk-in shower. There is an electric boiler for hot water (not solar panels)

The bedroom is of good size and comes with air-conditioning unit which is dual temperature to allow for cool or heat mode depending on the season. It has a small balcony terrace off which has an East facing aspect and overlooks the pool and gardens.
