The beautiful beaches in Guardamar del Segura and La Mata are about a 10-15 minute drive away. Within the same distance you can also find to town of Torrevieja with it´s vibrant citylife. Here you can find a wide selection of shops and restaurants, especially along the beautiful beach promenade. In Torrevieja you can also find the shopping center Habaneras with several known shops. The large shopping center Zenia Boulevard in Orihuela Costa is about a 15-20 minute drive from the property. From Ciudad Quesada you can easily reach several major cities in the area via the motorway A-7 or the coastal highway N-332, such as Elche, Alicante, Murcia and Cartagena to mention some. The airports in both Alicante and Murcia / San Javier are about 40 minutes away by car.
