The ground are accessed via a walk-in wrought-iron gate with several stone steps leading down into the gardens which would benefit from some green finger attention but nothing too major, simply being a little over grown, though much of the gardens have been gravelled for ease of maintenance.
At the bottom of the stone steps and across the gravel, you find the main entrance, a heavy steel security door which opens into an open reception lobby area which offers a winding marble staircase with wrought iron handrails to the upper floors with a hidden storage area beneath, and a handy guest WC/cloak room.
From the lobby you are guided through an ornate open archway leading into the spacious open plan living area, cleverly separated by further archways, with the kitchen being decked out with ample storage units in light beech and several opaque glazed wall units, all topped with quality brown/black flecked granite work surfaces and finished with beige tiled splash backs.
