Interior:
Located on the top two floors of the building, the apartment is accessed via a shared external stairway. On entering the apartment there is a hallway which leads into an open plan kitchen and living area. This area has a very light and airy feel due to it being dual aspect. Floor to ceiling double patio doors to the front run the entire length of the living area and open out onto a balcony. The kitchen is modern in style and features integrated appliances, black granite work tops and a breakfast bar. The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa and two armchairs. The views from this room out over Kalkan and towards the islands are spectacular.

Exterior:
Accessed off the living area there is a fantastic, large dining balcony. The balcony runs the length of the living room and wraps around the side of the apartment- offering ample outdoor living space. Currently this balcony is furnished with an outdoor dining table chairs to seat four. The roof level terrace is the same size as the living room balcony and is furnished with two sun beds. Both balconies feature chrome and glass panelling to ensure that the views on offer are maximised. The views from the both levels are excellent and take in the entire bay and islands in the distance.

The communal swimming pool is a very good size and features an infinity edge. The pool is surrounded by spacious communal sunbathing terraces, which are shared with just three other apartments. The apartment is in an excellent location- situated in lower Kiziltas, it is close to one of the two footbridges, and therefore Kalkan Old Town can easily be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes.
