From the main living area you proceed down some stairs to an outside BBQ area which is shaded by grape vines. From here are two steps down to a further patio area that lead to the attractive swimming pool. From this area is a double gated entrance to the property, this area is enclosed by a 5ft wall making it totally private.
To the other side of the BBQ area there is a pool cupboard for the swimming pool equipment. There is an additional room here that is being utilized as a bedroom. This room is carpeted, has a radiator and a window overlooking the pool.
There is a utility room with fixtures for a washing machine. This has a tiled floor and a door that leads to a bathroom where there is a basin, toilet and shower. There is a large workshop/storage area to the side with electricity. There is also the tank for heating the water from the solar panel. This is a good sized area and has steps to the side that lead down into another covered area and from here into the garden.
The garden is beautiful and very private. The owners have established some self sufficiency with the planting of grape vines, fruit trees including grapefruit, apples, pears, lemons, oranges, plums, olives. There are a number of beautiful decorative trees including oak and willow. From here is also another double gated access to the property.
All around the garden are lovely splashes of colour from the variety of flowers including a good number of rose bushes.
To the side of the property there is a small wooded area that has various trees and this leads onto a vegetable area where the owner grows tomatoes, strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, blackberries, blackcurrants,red currants, rhubarb and other vegetables and fruits. A path then leads up to the outbuildings which lead to the covered parking area and an additional entrance to the grounds.
There are terraced areas all around the property providing lovely outside sitting areas that take in the beauty of the garden and the surrounding countryside.

The property is located in a small attractive village that is less than 10 minutes from Miranda da Corvo. There is a cafe and small shop within walking distance. In Miranda da Corvo itself there are supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy, cafes, restaurants and all amenities you would expect from a good sized town.
The wonderful city of Coimbra is less than half an hour away, Tomar is 45 minutes distance, Porto Airport and Lisbon Airport are 1 ½ hours and 1 ¾ hours away respectively.
