Influenced by the famous Club 55 in St Tropez, Jacqui O’s has since become one of the most sophisticated beach clubs in the Caribbean. Serving great food and cocktails in chic surroundings on a truly fabulous white sandy beach, overlooking the turquoise Caribbean Sea, with a superyacht or two at anchor, and stunning sunsets beyond the neighbouring island of Montserrat.

With 40 covers in the restaurant and plenty of comfortable beach loungers to while away the afternoons following a delicious lunch, the restaurant regularly serves over 100 customers a day. Opening for lunch six days a week and three evenings for dinner, Jacqui O’s continues to receive excellent reviews.

The leasehold premises are held on a long lease, until 2030, at a current rent of just US$ 31,000 per year, including an adjacent two bedroom beach cottage.

The kitchen was recently extended, rewired, re-plumbed and re-equipped with the only Josper charcoal oven in the Eastern Caribbean producing amazing results.
