• The management company will organize rentals, if required, for a commission of 20% of the rental income.
• The right to use your apartment throughout the year and to come and go as you please.
• Costs: all costs will be met by the owner, including property tax (IBI), rubbish collection, community fees, electricity, water, reception service, maid service, replacement of day to day breakages and all repairs etc.

Community fees - 1 bedroom fees range from €84 to €92 per month. 2 bedroom apartment fees are €136 per month.
